0321 Solving the bridge of square pellets
Introducing examples of bridge measures implemented for rectangular prism materials.
This is an inquiry regarding a case where 'the pellets are bridging solidly just above the discharge valve, and it is difficult to resolve this with hammering from outside the hopper.' We had previous experience dealing with similar-sized materials, so we were able to provide information on layout and operating methods based on that. However, the material this time has quite a bit of stickiness on the surface. There was some risk involved, but we were able to achieve good results.
